I was diagnosed with OMAS an extremely rare neurological condition affecting only 1 in 10 million people. It attacks the nervous system, causing uncontrollable eye movements, muscle spasms, hand tremors, loss of coordination, and changes in speech. I spent months in hospital receiving treatment, lost significant muscle mass, and had to relearn basic movements.

Pilates became my path back to strength.

That experience shaped everything I do. I hold a Neuro Pilates Diploma and specialize in Parkinson’s Disease, neurological conditions, women’s health, and active injury recovery. I understand what it takes to rebuild from the ground up—because I’ve done it myself.

I’m passionate about continuous education, constantly pursuing advanced certifications to bring you the latest in movement science and evidence-based programming.
